Volunteer Opportunities: Join Us in Strengthening Our Community

This year, we've been reviewing our volunteer structure to make it more inclusive and effective for everyone involved.  To make volunteering more accessible and rewarding, we’ve introduced a new 3-tier system designed to give everyone a chance to contribute based on their time and interests.

1. Tier 1: Board  (Executive Committee)
   This is for volunteers who want to get involved in the major planning and finanical elemants  of our association.  Currently we are looking for a Junior Director and Sponsorship & Marketing Director. 

2. Tier 2: Working Groups (Non-Executive Committee)
   This is for volunteers who want to get involved in shaping and improving our association. While these roles don't come with voting rights, they play a crucial role in driving key initiatives forward and making a real impact.

3. Tier 3: Small Roles (Under 10 Hours)
   These are bite-sized volunteer opportunities that can make a significant difference for our clubs and the broader association. Often requiring just a few hours of your time, these roles are perfect for those who want to help but may not have a lot of extra hours to commit.

By contributing in any capacity, we can all make a big difference. Together, we can ensure that our hockey association not only survives, but thrives. Every bit of support counts, and with your help, we can continue to grow and succeed.
